PURPOSE: A portable ultrasonic diagnosing device with a supporter is provided to enable a user to deal with an emergency situation by rapidly installing the portable ultrasonic diagnosing device using the supporter.CONSTITUTION: A main body(11) forms the outer appearance of a portable ultrasonic diagnosing device(10). An electronic circuit for processing an analog signal and a digital signal for ultrasonic diagnosis is embedded in the main body. The main body is connected to a probe which converts an ultrasonic wave into an electric signal.
