CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a high purity montelukast sodium salt comprises: a step of coupling a methanesulfonyl compound of chemical formula 5 with a compound of chemical formula 6 under the presence of a hexamethyl disilane alkali metal salt； a step of adding an alkali metal base to a product and heating the product for hydrolysis to prepare a compound of chemical formula 7； a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 7 with 4-tert-butylcyclohexylamine and purifying a product to prepare an amine salt of chemical formula 8； and a step of converting the amine salt of chemical formula 8 into a sodium salt.본 발명은 하기 화학식 1의 몬테루카스트 나트륨 염을 합성하는 과정을 포함하는 약제 전(前)공정 및 상기 합성된 몬테루카스트 나트륨 염을 제형화하는 과정을 포함하는 약제 후(後)공정 중 적어도 하나의 공정을 몬테루카스트 나트륨 염의 광분해가 적은 영역의 파장을 조사하는 광원이 설치된 분위기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제의 제조방법을 제공하는 것에 있다.
