A plurality of straps are attached to a fixed length bar, outfitted with hooksthat affix to eyesextending from a bar on the opposite side of the platform. The straps attachedto the fixedlength bar are deployed from a primary tube that contains a plurality of self-retracting ratchetspools. Each ratchet is independent and the straps can extend and retract tovariable lengths.The ratchets are housed within the primary tube and are on a movable post thatruns througheach ratchet and has fixed plates at intervals with a bit that fits into asocket on the underside ofthe ratchet mechanism. Once the fixed length bar has been attached to thehooks on theopposite side of the platform, the central post can be pulled up to lock thebits into the socketson the ratchets and manually increase the tension.
