The present invention relates to aqueous formulations comprising a compound neutralizing GM-CSF in concentrations of at least about 20 mg/ml, a tonicity modifier and a buffer, wherein the composition is stable. The ingredients of the formulation preferably provide stability to the compound neutralizing GM-CSF in view of long-term storage. In a preferred aspect, the formulation is for use in therapy, preferably for use in the treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, preferably including allergic and psoriatic disorders, as well as arthritic and asthmatic disorders. Furthermore, a kit comprising the formulation of the invention is provided.La présente invention concerne des formulations aqueuses comprenant un composé neutralisant GM-CSF à des concentrations d'au moins environ 20 mg/ml, un modificateur de tonicité et un tampon, la composition étant stable. Les composants de la formulation confèrent de préférence au composé neutralisant GM-CSF une stabilité à la conservation à long terme. Dans un aspect préféré, la formulation est pour utilisation en thérapie, de préférence pour utilisation dans le traitement de troubles inflammatoires et auto-immuns, comprenant de préférence des troubles allergiques et psoriasiques, ainsi que des troubles arthritiques et asthmatiques.
