The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer membrane for a drug carrying stent. The method comprises the steps of: producing a polymer mixed solution by dissolving a polymer producing a polymer-anticancer agent mixed solution by adding an anticancer agent in the polymer mixed solution producing a polymer membrane from the polymer-anticancer agent mixed solution and coating the polymer membrane on a stent. The step of producing a polymer mixed solution dissolves polyurethane and biodegradable polymer in a volatile solvent, and produces the polymer mixed solution. The step of producing a polymer membrane produces a porous polymer membrane from the polymer-anticancer agent mixed solution (dope solution) by using a phase transition method. Accordingly, a carrying amount of an anticancer agent to be carried on a stent is increased by a porous polymer membrane, and a contact area with a lesion part is increased, so an anticancer agent emitting improving effect can be ensured.
