PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric coated aspirin tablet excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: The enteric coated aspirin tablet is prepared by coating an uncoated tablet containing aspirin and at least one auxiliary agent for drug formulation selected from a vehicle and a disintegrant with an enteric coating layer excluding talc and optionally an enteric coating layer including talc. The uncoated tablet containing aspirin preferably does not substantially contain a lubricant, and is prepared by direct tableting.
