PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical wireless power supply system allowing simplification and facilitation of preparation in a surgical operation.SOLUTION: A medical wireless power supply system has: a first medical device installed along the body surface of a subject； a second medical device inserted into a body cavity of the subject； a power transmission coil unit provided in the first medical device, and resonating at a prescribed resonance frequency； a function part provided as a body separate from the power transmission coil unit in the first medical device； a power reception coil unit provided in the second medical device, and resonating at the prescribed resonance frequency； a power supply device supplying AC power of a frequency coinciding with the prescribed frequency to the power transmission coil unit； an external device including a configuration for achieving a prescribed function by cooperation with the function part； and a composite cable integrally provided with at least a part of a power cable for connecting the power transmission coil unit and the power supply device and a connection member for connecting the function part and the external device.【課題】外科手術の際の準備を簡便にすることが可能な医療用無線給電システムを提供する。【解決手段】医療用無線給電システムは、被検体の体表面に沿って設置される第１の医療機器と、被検体の体腔内に挿入される第２の医療機器と、第１の医療機器に設けられ、所定の共振周波数で共振する送電コイルユニットと、第１の医療機器において、送電コイルユニットとは別体に設けられた機能部と、第２の医療機器に設けられ、所定の共振周波数で共振する受電コイルユニットと、所定の共振周波数に一致する周波数の交流電力を送電コイルユニットへ供給する電源装置と、機能部との連携により所定の機能を実現するための構成を具備する外部装置と、送電コイルユニット及び電源装置を接続するための送電ケーブルと、機能部及び外部装置を接続するための接続部材と、の少なくとも一部が一体的に設けられた複合ケーブルと、を有する。【選択図】図４
