The invention relates to a medicine picking mechanism. A transportation device mounted on a frame is configured with a driving portion, and the driving portion is configured with a conveying device for circulated conveying. The conveying device is configured with a plurality of storage boxes. At least one side of the storage space of each storage box is configured with a medicine placing port vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying device and dispensing port and the other side of the storage space with respect to the medicine placing port is configured with at least one medicine dispensing port. One side of the medicine dispensing port is configured with a receiving device. When the conveying device conveys a plurality of storage boxes to the medicine picking position, the plurality of storage boxes utilize the medicine placing port for entrance of medicine； then conveying the storage box to a medicine dispensing position, so the medicine may be dropped from the medicine dispensing port and received by the receiving device for completing the automated medicine picking and dispensing operation and thus effectively saving labor hours and cost. After dropping of medicine, the conveying device may continuously convey the storage boxes in a circulated manner for conveying the next storage box to the medicine dispensing position for medicine dispensing and then continuously performing medicine picking and dispensing operations, so as to shorten the process flow and time for medicine picking and dispensing.本發明為有關一種取藥機構，該框架所裝設之運輸裝置設有驅動部，並於驅動部上設有呈循環輸送之輸送裝置，且輸送裝置上設有複數容置盒，而各容置盒之容置空間至少一側設有與輸送裝置輸送方向呈相互垂直之置藥口，再於容置空間相對置藥口另側設有至少一個出藥口，且出藥口一側設有承接裝置，當輸送裝置運輸複數容置盒至取藥位置時，該複數容置盒利用置藥口來供藥品進入，再將容置盒運輸至出藥位置，使藥品從出藥口落出，且透過承接裝置承接，以完成自動取、出藥作業，進而有效節省工時與成本，且藥品落下後，該輸送裝置會持續循環輸送容置盒，以將下一個容置盒輸送到出藥位置處進行出藥，進而連續進行取、出藥作業，藉此縮短取、出藥的流程與時間。
