PURPOSE: A concrete panel retaining wall with flowerpots and landscape lightings is provided to easily supply external water to flowerpots by burying a water supply pipe in a concrete panel. CONSTITUTION: A concrete panel retaining wall with flowerpots and landscape lightings comprises concrete panels(10), flowerpots(40), connection pipes, outer water supply pipes, and landscape lighting devices(80). The concrete panels have insertion holes in which the flowerpots are inserted, and water supply pipes(15) are buried therein. The flowerpots are installed on the concrete panel. The connection pipes connect the concrete panels to each other. The outer water supply pipes supply underground water to the flowerpots. The landscape lighting devices have multiple solar lightings.본 발명은 화분 및 경관 조명을 갖는 콘크리트 판넬 옹벽에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는, 콘크리트 판넬 옹벽에 초목이나 덩쿨이 식재된 화분을 다수 개 설치하고 또한 다수 개의 태양광 경관 조명을 설치하도록 구성하며, 판넬의 내부에 형성된 급수관을 통해 화분으로 물을 공급하여 초목이나 덩쿨이 안정적으로 성장하며 태양광 경관 조명으로 야간에 야경을 조성하여 옹벽을 전체적으로 자연 친화적인 조형물로 조성할 수 있는 화분 및 경관 조명을 갖는 콘크리트 판넬 옹벽에 관한 것이다.
