This device (10) comprises a control handle and a flexible element (12) provided with a proximal end connected to this control handle. The flexible element (12) comprises at a distal end (14), a steerable area comprising a rigid head. The control handle comprises a control lever arranged for controlling said steerable area (17) of this flexible element.
