A medication tracking apparatus that includes a housing, a day manipulation disk and a time display disk is provided. The housing has at least one window. The day manipulation disk includes day information and is rotationally coupled within the housing. The day manipulation disk is further configured and arranged to be manually rotated to display a select day from the day information in the at least one window of the housing. The time display disk includes time information and is rotationally coupled within the housing. The time display disk is further configured and arranged to be manually rotated to display a select time from the time information in the at least one window of the housing.
