The present invention relates to a tissue sealant which collagen and fibrin are mixed and a method of manufacturing the same. In order for the same, the present invention comprises: a step of mixing a first substance by using fibrinogen and aprotinin； a step of mixing a second substance by using thrombin, calcium chloride, and collagen； and a step of manufacturing a third substance by mutually mixing the first and the second substance. The present invention configured as described above improves strength and degradation which are weak points of a fibrin sealant that is currently available, is cell-friendly, and activates platelets included in blood thereby inducing tissue regeneration so that it significantly improves quality and reliability of products thereby meeting various needs of consumers who are users and providing a good image.본 발명은 콜라겐과 피브린이 혼합된 조직 실란트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 이를 위해 피브리노겐과 아프로티닌을 이용하여 제1물질을 혼합하는 단계； 트롬빈과 염화칼슘 및 콜라겐을 이용하여 제2물질을 혼합하는 단계； 및 제1물질과 제2물질을 상호 혼합하여 제3물질을 제조하는 단계；가 포함된다.상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 현재 시중에 있는 피브린 실란트의 단점인 강도와 분해성을 보완함과 아울러 세포친화적이면서 혈액 내 포함되어 있는 혈소판을 활성화시켜 조직재생을 유도할 수 있도록 한 것이고 이로 인해 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자인 소비자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
