The present invention provides a system and method for measuring the heart rate of larval fish. The system for measuring the heart rate of larval fish comprises: water circulating apparatus, image shoot apparatus, and image analysis apparatus. Wherein the water circulating apparatus comprises water flow tray, catchment element, catchment pump, water storage module, peristaltic pump, and drip apparatus. The water flow tray comprises a plurality of the grooves, and a plurality of the grooves comprises at least one of the larval fish. The catchment element connects to the end of the water flow tray. The catchment pump connects to the catchment element. The water storage module comprises water and connects to the catchment pump. The peristaltic pump connects to the water storage module. The end of the drip apparatus connects to the peristaltic pump. Another end of the drip apparatus corresponds to the top of another end of the water flow tray. The image shoot apparatus locates to the top of the water flow tray and shoots each larval fish to generate the image message. The image analysis apparatus connects the image shoot apparatus and receives the image message. The image analysis apparatus analyzes the image message by freeze frame, and the image analysis apparatus generate at least one of the larval fish heartbeat information. Wherein, the peristaltic pump guides the water of the water storage module to the drip element. The drip element guides the water to the water flow tray. The water flow tray guides the water to the catchment element. The catchment pump guides the water of the catchment element to the water storage module.本發明係揭露一種測量魚苗心跳頻率的系統及方法。測量魚苗心跳頻率的系統包含水循環裝置、影像拍攝裝置及影像分析裝置;其中水循環裝置係包含水流載盤、集水件、集水泵浦、水體容置模組、蠕動泵浦及滴流件,水流載盤係包含複數個凹槽,且複數個凹槽係包含至少一魚苗,集水件係連結水流載盤之一端,集水泵浦係連通集水件,水體容置模組係包含水體且連通集水泵浦,蠕動幫浦係連通水體容置模組,滴流件之一端係連通蠕動泵浦,另一端係對應於水流載盤之另一端之上方;影像拍攝裝置係位於水流載盤之上方且拍攝各魚苗而產生影像訊息;影像分析裝置係連結影像拍攝裝置且接收影像訊息,影像分析裝置針對影像訊息進行逐幀分析而產生至少一魚苗心率資訊。其中,蠕動泵浦係導引水體容置模組之水體至滴流件,滴流件係導引水體至水流載盤,水流載盤係導引水體至
