The present invention relates to an anticancer injection solution manufacturing device comprising: a sterile manufacturing stand which is installed in a sterile room and has a pharmacy room for manufacturing an anticancer injection solution； a plurality of anticancer drug vials which is installed to be connected to the sterile manufacturing stand and accommodates anticancer drugs； an infusion solution container which accommodates an infusion solution mixed with the anticancer drug； a supplying unit which supplies an article container containing a mixing container for mixing the anticancer drug with the infusion solution to the sterile manufacturing stand； a preparation unit which uses a syringe to extract the anticancer drug and the infusion solution supplied from the supplying unit, respectively, and injects the same into the mixing container to manufacture an anticancer injection solution； and a discharging unit which is installed to be connected to the sterile manufacturing stand, and discharges the article container containing the anticancer infusion solution manufactured by the preparation unit from the sterile manufacturing stand. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anticancer injection solution manufacturing device which can automatize processes of extracting medicine necessary for manufacturing anticancer injection solution, injecting the same, and moving articles such as vials and mixing containers.본 발명은 무균실 내에 설치되어 항암 주사제를 조제하는 조제실이 구비된 무균조제대, 상기 무균조제대와 연결되게 설치되고 항암제가 수용된 복수개의 항암제바이알, 상기 항암제와 혼합되는 수액이 수용된 수액용기, 상기 항암제와 상기 수액을 혼합시키기 위한 혼합용기를 포함하는 물품컨테이너를 상기 무균조제대로 공급하기 위한 공급부, 상기 공급부로부터 공급되는 항암제와 수액을 주사기를 이용하여 각각 추출하고 상기 혼합용기에 주입하여 항암 주사제를 조제하기 위한 조제부, 및 상기 무균조제대에 연결되게 설치되고 상기 조제부에서 조제된 항암 주사제를 포함하는 물품컨테이너를 상기 무균조제대로부터 반출하기 위한 반출부를 포함하는 항암 주사제 조제장치에 관한 것이다.
