The present invention relates to a surgical fine needle with enhanced strength to secure visibility in ultrasound biopsy guiding images. More specifically, the surgical fine needle is used in ultrasound operations, comprising: a tubular body having a hole therein while one end thereof is inclined and cut； and an identification groove engraved on one side of an outer circumferential surface of the body. It is possible to obtain a clear image of the fine needle during the ultrasound-mediated operation by means of the identification groove. To this end, the surgical fine needle consists of: a plurality of first grooves of which grooves are spirally formed on the outer circumferential surface of the fine needle or formed in a half circle of the fine needle； and a plurality of second grooves which are formed in the opposite half circle of the half circle while separated from the first groove at a regular interval. According to the present invention, it is possible to safely carry out operations since the fine needle is hardly broken by load applied during the operation by increasing the strength of the fine needle.본원발명은 초음파 조직검사 유도 영상의 시인성을 위한 시술용 강화 세침에 관한 것으로 상세하게 초음파 시술시 사용되는 세침에 있어서, 내부에 중공이 형성되고, 일단이 경사지게 잘려 진 막대 관 형상의 몸체 및, 상기 몸체의 외주면 일측에 음각으로 새겨진 식별홈으로 구성되되, 상기 식별홈에 의하여 초음파 중재 시술 중 선명한 세침의 영상을 얻을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 세침의 외주면에 홈이 나선형으로 형성되거나 또는 세침의 반원에 형성된 다수의 제1홈과 상기 반원의 반대 반원에 형성되되 상기 제1홈과 일정간격을 두고 형성된 다수의 제2홈으로 형성되어 세침의 강도를 강화시켜 시술시 가해지는 하중에 의해서 손쉽게 파손되지 않아 안전하게 시술할 수 있다.
