PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as the purpose of the present invention, a rehabilitation instrument suitable for easily performing rehabilitation in a wrist, an arm, and a shoulder by one instrument, and to provide a method of moving a movable body of the rehabilitation instrument.SOLUTION: A rehabilitation instrument T includes: a body 1 an outer groove part 1S that is provided in the body 1 and spirally formed an inner groove part 1U that is provided in the body 1, communicating with the outer groove part 1S, and that is situated inside the outer groove part 1S and is formed along the outer groove part 1S and a movable body 2 that is freely movably provided in the inner groove part 1U and the outer groove part 1S. The outer groove part 1S and the inner groove part 1U are in communication form a circulation passage Z of the movable body 2.
