The technical solution relates to the rehabilitation of disabled persons with impaired vision devices for their orientation in space. The technical result is to equip controlled intersections inexpensive navigation system, allowing to increase the safety and convenience of using crosswalks visually impaired and blind people, as well as to provide them with assistance to navigate the terrain, in particular, the streets of the city.
