PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot spring appliance for eliminating the concern about the absence of 100% sealability, because a stoma possessor cannot actually take a bath in a light-hearted manner in hot spring facilities and the like anytime and anywhere, due to an actual rejection from the facilities.SOLUTION: After a seal ring 1 is incorporated into a guide seal ring 2, a cooling bag is housed after attachment of O-rings 4 and 5 to the guide seal ring 2; a cap 3 is incorporated; and the seal ring 1 is wound around an abdomen in a pressed state so that a stroke can increase a force of adsorption to the abdomen. A feces bag does not get wet because hot water is blocked in the cap. Additionally, since the cooling bag is housed, a body temperature is restrained from being increased by a hot water temperature. A stoma possessor can enjoy bathing in a light-hearted manner without anxiety even during the use of a feces collecting bag anytime, by virtue of the absence of the concern that an adhesive surface
