The present invention relates to a vegetable starch paper mask sheet containing moisture. The vegetable starch paper mask sheet has vegetable starch as a main component, and comprises: a mask sheet portion made of vegetable starch and a lower layer sheet portion disposed at the bottom side of the mask sheet portion. Moisture of the lower layer sheet portion can be continuously moved in a direction of the mask sheet portion and can be supplemented. The mask sheet portion is used by producing a mixture mixed with 74-86.5 wt% of refined water, 8-12 wt% of butylene glycol, 4-8 wt% of vegetable starch, 0.5-2 wt% of agar, 0.5-1.5 wt% of metal salts, and 0.5-2.5 wt% of a gelating agent and by gelating the mixture at 70-90C after producing the mixture in a sheet shape or by producing the mixture in a sheet shape after gelating the mixture at 70-90C. The lower layer sheet portion is used by producing a mixture uniformly mixed with 73-86 wt% of refined water, 13-24 wt% of butylenes glycol, and 1.0-3.0 wt% of a gelating agent and by gelating and producing the mixture in a sheet shape. When an equilibrium concentration is broken to the mask sheet portion, the moisture of the lower layer sheet portion is continuously moved by osmotic pressure caused by the metal salts of the mask sheet portion.본 발명은 수분을 함유한 식물성 전분 페이퍼 마스크 시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 식물성 전분을 주성분으로 하고 있는 식물성 전분 페이퍼 마스크 시트에 있어서, 식물성 전분으로 이루어진 마스크 시트부와, 상기 마스크 시트부의 아래쪽에 위치한 하층 시트부로 구성되어 있고, 상기 하층 시트부의 수분을 상기 마스크 시트부의 방향으로 지속적으로 이동시켜 보충할 수 있도록 해주는 수분을 함유한 식물성 전분 페이퍼 마스크 시트를 제공한다. 상기 마스크 시트부는 정제수 74 ~ 86.5 중량%, 부틸렌 글리콜 8 ~ 12 중량%, 식물성 전분 4 ~ 8 중량%, 아가 0.5 ~ 2 중량%, 금속염 0.5 ~ 1.5 중량%, 겔화제 0.5 ~ 2.5 중량%를 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 시트 형상으로 제조한 후 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃에서 호화시키거나, 그 혼합물을 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃에서 호화시킨 후 시트 형상으로 제조하여 사용하고, 상기 하층 시트부는 정제수 73 ~ 86 중량%, 부틸렌 글리콜 13 ~ 24 중량%, 겔화제 1.0 ~ 3.0 중량%를 균일하게 혼합하고 겔화시켜서 시트형상으로 제조하여 사용한다. 상기 하층 시트부의 수분은 상기 마스크 시트부의 금속염에 의한 삼투압 작용에 의해 상기 마스크 시트부로 평형농도가 깨질 경우 지속적으로 이동하게 된다.
