The present invention relates to a multipurpose toothbrush, and more specifically, to a multipurpose toothbrush which has a foldable interdental brush and a dental floss holder integrated into the multipurpose toothbrush to be withdrawn from the multipurpose toothbrush and inserted into the multipurpose toothbrush to provide user convenience and be carried conveniently and easily. According to the present invention, the multipurpose toothbrush comprises: a head to which toothbrush bristles are attached a shank extended from the head to a prescribed length and a casing having a handle function used for handling the head and the shank and a cover function for covering and protecting at the same time. The head and the shank are divided into a toothbrush unit on which bundles of the toothbrush bristles are arranged at regular intervals and an interdental brush unit on which bundles of the toothbrush bristles whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the bundles of the toothbrush bristles of the toothbrush unit are arranged at regular intervals. One side of the toothbrush unit and one side of the interdental brush unit are connected by a pin to fold the toothbrush unit and the interdental brush unit around the pin.
