An apparatus is provided that is suitable for use as a delivery catheter (12), the apparatus comprising: (a) an elongate shaft (16) that comprises a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the elongate shaft defines at least one lumen； and (b) at least one combining chamber (40) that is contained within the lumen proximate to the distal end of the elongate shaft, the combining chamber having at least a first and a second inlet (26, 28) to allow a first and a second fluid component (2, 4) to enter the combining chamber； and at least one outlet (22) to allow the combined first and second fluid components to exit the combining chamber.
