The present invention relates to an additivecomposition for cosmetics material containing vitamin-C,the additive composition improving the feel on the skinof vitamin-C which is an anti-oxidant. High vitamin-Ccontent can cause stinging skin irritation or be stickyto the touch, but the additive composition according tothe present invention, when used in cosmetics compositionwith high vitamin-C content, due to the oil, can reduceirritation and stickiness, as well as provide amoisturizing effect.
