The present invention relates to a rotatable caterpillar working vehicle. A pivoting frame (40) rotates the working stand supporting plate (30) and rotates the working device (20) and a steering cabin (50) for coming back out through a 180°； rotation. Accordingly, the present invention can perform the working while moving on its own, the width of the caterpillar can be adjusted, and the wheel and the caterpillar can be replaced.
