PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-engagement type prosthesis which enables a non-grinding system of not grinding a pier tooth to be used, is manufactured by division into two pieces or three pieces, and in which occlusal pressure can be uniformly dispersed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the screw-engagement type prosthesis.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a female screw for a dental prosthesis includes the steps of: mixing a ceramic material with a ceramic powder and compression-molding the mixture into a round bar sintering the compression-molded round bar and completing contraction and deformation of the round bar forming a screw thread on the round bar thereby forming a ceramic bolt through lathe machining and forming a female screw for dental prosthesis by a casting method using the ceramic bolt as a casting bolt.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】支台歯を切削しない無切削方式として、2つの部分または3つの部分に簡単に設置され、咬合圧が均一に分散されることができるねじ締結式補綴物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス粉末にセラミックス材料を混合して環棒に圧縮成形する段階と;上記圧縮成形された環棒を焼結させて上記環棒の収縮と変形を完了させる段階と;旋盤研削加工して、上記環棒にねじ山を形成してセラミックスボルトを形成する段階と;上記セラミックスボルトを鋳造用ボルトに用いて、鋳造法によって歯科用補綴物の雌ねじを形成する段階;を含む歯科用補綴物の雌ねじ製造方法である。【選択図】図1
