The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising fermented glycolipid, ceramide, phytosphingosine, camellia seed oil, sunflower seed oil, tocopheryl acetate, aqueous arginine solution, humectant, green tea extract and solvent； and a manufacturing method thereof.
