PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce display delay of an image, and make it possible to display an image without performing processing of correcting image degradation during radiation detection.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus comprises: a radiation detection array in which pixels that detect radiation and accumulate electric charge are two-dimensionally arranged in plural numbers and a plurality of scan lines for discharging electric charge accumulated in the pixels. The radiation imaging apparatus has: a reset scanning control section which performs reset scanning in which electric charge accumulated in the pixels is sequentially discharged an irradiation detecting section which detects irradiation start of radiation on the basis of electric charge discharged by reset scanning an imaging control section which performs control of stopping the reset scanning in response to detection of the irradiation start and reading electric charge accumulated in the pixels due to irradiation of radiation to obtain an image signal a generating section which generates image data on the basis of image signals from which image signals were excluded from the pixels to which reset scanning was performed during irradiation of radiation and an output section which outputs image data to an external device.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
