To this end, the bed for the patient of the present invention comprises: a mattress (M) having a hole (H) which is penetrated up and down in a portion corresponding to hips of the patient by forming a cover (C) detachably attached to open and close the hole (H)； a lifting unit (900) lifting a toilet (T) so that the height of the toilet (T) can be adjusted by supporting the cover (C) or the toilet (T) which is attached by being replaced in a location of the cover (C).
