An objective of the invention is to utilize a shellfish or coral breeding system in carbon fixation such that carbon dioxide content within exhaust can be absorbed, and carbon dioxide can be performed with semi-permanent carbon fixation. The method of this invention comprises dissolving carbon dioxide within exhaust into water through a spray rinsing manner, culturing alga by utilizing water containing carbon dioxide, and then providing alga to shellfish as food source required for growth or directly providing alga to zooxanthellae of coral to facilitate coral growth. In this process, carbon element in carbon dioxide is transformed into primary calcium carbonate of shellfish and coral skeleton.
