The medical device comprises a vacuum sealing device comprising an internal vacuum sealing member adapted to be positioned inside the body of the patient, for creating a vacuum seal between the medical device and human tissue inside of the skin of the patient. By providing vacuum sealing inside of the body of the patient the surface of the skin can be kept unaffected, which means that no hematomas or discoloring of the skin will occur, also the internal vacuum sealing member makes it possible to seal further inside the body of the patient and thereby isolate certain areas in the body of the patient.
