PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable, preservative- and antioxidant-free liquid formulations for injection of phenylephrine and ketorolac.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to stable, preservative- and antioxidant-free liquid formulations for injection of phenylephrine and ketorolac. The invention provides a preservative-free and antioxidant-free sterile liquid pharmaceutical formulation for injection of phenylephrine that is a mydriatic and ketorolac that is an anti-inflammatory agent. The above formulation may be suitably injected into an intraocular irrigation carrier, and used to irrigate ocular tissues during surgery.
