Wood post rings (111, 121) are formed on the upper and lower wood post structures (110, 120) such that a tree can be inserted into the center of the upper and lower wood post structures. A plurality of supports (112, 122) are arranged to connect and fix the wood post rings (111, 121) to the frame (130). It is preferred that the spacing between the upper wood post structure (110) and the lower wood post structure (120) is within a range from 5 to 30 cm. The wood post structure installed in a low impact development type street environment planter further includes a steel grating (200) which can cover an upper space (A) after a tree is planted in a soil space (C). All of the upper wood post structure (110) and the lower wood post structure (120) may be arranged in a lower part of the steel grating (200), or may be arranged in an upper part of the steel grating (200).
