The present invention refers to novel pharmaceutical composition that comprises a dual system of at least two caplets, which consists in a caplet with an outer coating of immediate and/or modified release that contains at least a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, such as the active ingredient: lysine clonixinate and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and at least a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, and an inner caplet as a core of immediate and/or modified release that contains at least an antispasmodic and/or at least a gastroprokinetic agent, such as the active ingredients: dicycloverine and/or cinitrapide respectively and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of each one, and at least a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient said system is formulated in at least one dosage unit.
