A process for the large-scale manufacture of an antifungal nail lacquer, for use in the treatment of fungal nail infections comprises: i) Mixing amorolfine hydrochloride, ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate and triacetin in a closed mixing vessel to form a clear, homeogenous solution; ii) Adding ammonio methacrylate copolymer type A to the homoegenous solution formed in (i) and mixing with a paddle mixer until a clear nail lacquer solution is obtained; iii) Agitating the mixing vessel during (ii). The process takes place at 12-22°C.
