The plurality of single use fluid path sets are connected in order to define a fluid path that extends from the first single use fluid path set to the last single use fluid path set. Each of the plurality of single use fluid path sets has a first end and a second end. The first end of the first single use fluid path set is configured to connect to a delivery line, and the second end of the last single use fluid path set is configured to connect to an infusion device.
