The present invention discloses an intelligent ancillary support. The intelligent ancillary support comprises a coupling piece, a plurality of pivoting elements, two support bars, a control system, and a power source. The coupling piece is movably fitted on a waist of a user. The plurality of pivoting element includes a first pivoting element corresponding to the left side of the waist of the user and a second pivoting element corresponding to the right side of the waist of the user. In addition, the pivoting elements can be controlled to pivotally rotate. One end of each support bar is coupled with the pivoting elements disposed at the two sides of the coupling piece. The other end each support bar is perpendicular to the ground. The control system includes a processor and a controller. The processor is disposed at the coupling piece and electrically connected to the plurality of the pivoting elements. The processor is controlled, through a wireless or wired transmission, by the controller to drive the pivoting elements to pivotally rotate. The two support bars are configured to support the legs of the user to perform bending and stretching actions.
