When the sanitary napkin according to the present invention is worn, almost perfect close contact and accommodation can be achieved with respect to the user&primes anus and female genital organs. Even after the sanitary napkin according to the present invention is worn for a long period of time, the sanitary napkin according to the present invention stays as it is at the position where it was originally attached, and thus the sanitary napkin pushing that is attributable to a lateral movement during daily living or physiological phenomena can be forestalled. In addition, discharged menstrual blood can be safely absorbed by the sanitary napkin.
