Disclosed is a compound of formula I, such as 2-chloro-N-{ 1'-[(E)-3-(4-chloro-phenyl)- 25 allyl]-6-trifluoromethyl-l',2',3',4',5',6'-hexahydro-[2,4']bipyridinyl-3-yl} -isonicotinamide, 2-chloro-N-{ 6-chloro-1'-[(E)-3-(4-chloro-5-phenyl)-allyl]-5-fluoro-1',2',3',4',5',6'-hexahydro-[2,4']bipyridinyl-3-yl} -isonicotinamide and 2-chloro-N-{ 5,6-dichloro-1'-[(E)-3-(4- chloro-phenyl)-allyl]-1',2',3',4',5',6'-hexahydro-[2,4']bipyridinyl-3-yl} -isonicotinamide.
