PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, a system, and a method that can adaptively display a manual for work an operator is about to execute in, for example, a factory.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an electronic apparatus is a spectacle type and comprises: a screen position detection means state detection means and display control means. The position detection means detects a position. The state detection means detects a first state, such as a state where the value of the ratio of a low frequency component to a high frequency component of heart rate variation increases from a normal time value by a first value or more and a state where the frequency of blinking increases from a normal time value by a second value or more. The display control means displays, on the screen, information including a plurality of items associated with the detected position, the plurality of items to be presented to a user in time series.
