PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technique capable of small-sizing a device, achieving a low cost of the device and lightening a labor of cleaning a member in contact with the inner surface of an annular groove, the device being used for cleaning the inside of the annular groove of a powder medicine-packing machine for taking out from the annular groove each amount corresponding to one package of the powder medicine scattered and accumulated in the annular groove of a dividing rotary table, and supplying the same to a packing device for packing.SOLUTION: A pair of elastic plates 512 having an insertion piece 512c having the outer circumferential shape similar to the shape of the inner circumferential surface 21b in the cross sectional direction of the annular groove 21a of the dividing rotary table 21 are fixed to a base member. A cleaning unit 510 keeping the inside space, on which suction force of a suction device connected to the base member works, is elevated and lowered between the pair of the elastic plates 512 by a cleaning unit-moving mechanism 520 to push the insertion piece 512c to the dividing rotary table 21 so that the insertion piece 512c is inserted in the annular groove 21a.
