PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a childbirth forceps which can be easily used, can properly pulling a head part of an unborn baby during childbirth, has little load to a mothers body, and can enhance safety.SOLUTION: The childbirth forceps 10 has a left leaf part 11A and a right leaf part 11B. In the left leaf part 11A and the right leaf part 11B, base end parts are forceps handles 12 distal end parts are inserting rods 13 and a middle parts are jointing parts 14. Belts 15 comprising a flexible material are extended from the distal ends of the inserting rods 13 coupling belts 16 and a hook-and-loop fastener 17 are arranged in the distal ends of the belts 15 as coupling means for coupling the distal ends of the belts 15 the belts 15 are arranged in both sides of the head part of the unborn baby in the mothers body the distal ends of the belt 15 are coupled with each other by a hook-and-loop fastener 17 in the occipital region of the unborn baby and the occipital region of the unborn baby is caught with the belts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 使用が容易であるとともに分娩時に胎児頭部を好適に牽引することができ、母体への負担が少なく、安全性の向上を図ることができる分娩鉗子を提供する。【解決手段】 分娩鉗子10は、左葉部11Aと右葉部11Bとを有し、左葉部11A及び右葉部11Bは、基端部が鉗子柄12、先端部が挿入竿13、中間部が接合部14とされているとともに、挿入竿13の先端からは柔軟性を有する材料からなるベルト15が差し出され、ベルト15の先端には、ベルト15の先端同士を連結する連結手段として、連結帯16及び面ファスナー17が設けられており、母体内にてベルト15を胎児の頭部の両側に配した状態とし、ベルト15の先端同士を面ファスナー17によって胎児の後頭部で連結し、胎児の後頭部に引っ掛ける。【選択図】 図1
