A physiological detection module and wearable electronic apparatus includes a bracelet, a display unit, an optical sensing unit, an electrode unit and a microneedle sensing unit. The bracelet includes a housing and two girdles. A circuit board of a physiological detection module is arranged inside the housing. The display unit is arranged on a front side of the housing and electrically connected to the circuit board. The optical sensing unit is arranged on a reverse side of the housing and electrically connected to the circuit board. The electrode unit is arranged on the bracelet and electrically connected to the circuit board. The microneedle sensing unit is arranged on the bracelet and electrically connected to the circuit board.
