The invention relates a kit comprising a composition for systemic administration comprising Curcumin or its analogues and phototherapy device comprising means for emitting a UV-visible light radiation (315 nm - 550 nm) with an irradiance greater than 2 mW/cm2. The invention also relates the use of Curcumin or its derivates when are systemic administrated in the treatment of proliferative diseases such as cancer, vitiligo and psoriasis.
