Theelasticsealing rubber films (3) have sealing openings (3a) for tubes including thedrainagetubes (2) to extend outside, and the opening diameters of the sealing openings(3a) areless than the outer diameters of the corresponding tubes which extend outside.Whenthe device is used for the drainage of orthopedics or perineum, the elasticsealingrubber films (3) are respectively positioned around the position on whichpenetrationneedles (9a) or an anus inserting catheter (11) penetrate the device, and thesealingopenings (3a) are used to realize the sealing around the penetration needles(9a) or theanus inserting catheter (11).
