PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photographing system which facilitates positioning of an X-ray photographing device.SOLUTION: The X-ray photographing system includes a bed device with a top board, an X-ray CT device which performs X-ray scanning to an analyte and acquires detection data and an X-ray photographing device with a support part which supports an X-ray generation part for generating X-rays to the analyte on its one end and an X-ray detection part for detecting X-rays passing through the analyte on its other end. The X-ray photographing system has a user interface, a calculation section and a driving control section. The user interface is provided in order to specify a desired position in CT image data based on the detection data. The calculation section calculates coordinate values corresponding to the desired position specified in a predetermined coordinate system. The driving control section moves the support part and/or the top board so that the coordinate values corresponding to the desired position coincide with coordinate values of a predetermined position in the support part in the predetermined coordinate system.
