PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller ball device configured to contribute to the improvement of massage feeling and to provide a massager having this device.SOLUTION: A massager is provided with a roller ball device 20 which includes a roller ball 30, a heating mechanism 40, an arm 60 and a driving device. The arm 60 supports the roller ball 30 and the heating mechanism 40, and is provided with an eccentric driving mode that moves the roller ball 30 while varying an inclination angle of the central axis XC of the roller ball 30. The roller ball 30 moves on a prescribed route in accordance with the eccentric movement of the arm 60. The heating mechanism 40 has a treatment part 51 which is provided with a treatment surface 51A for coming into contact with a human body when the roller ball 30 moves the prescribed route.
