Kosmetische oder pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung mit lamellaren Strukturen unter Verwendung von Sucrose-fettsäure-Triestern - einfache und leichte Herstellung
Die hier beschriebene kosmetische und/oder pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung unter Verwendung von Sucrosetristearat weist lamellare Strukturen auf, die der Lipidmatrix des Stratum corneums nachempfunden ist. Die Herstellung einer solchen Formulierung auch unter weiteren Zusätzen von kosmetisch/pharmazeutich relevanten Wirkstoffen ist einfach und kostengünstig. Die Formulierung setzt sich aus zwei einzeln formulierten Bestandteilen zusammen. So wird jeweils ein Teil des Emulgators mit einem Teil der Bestandteile der Formulierung zusammen mit Wasser unter Rühren langsam auf 50–60°C erhitzt bis eine homogene Dispersion entsteht, dann wird eine kurze Homogenisation mit dem Ultra Turrax (2 Minuten 8.000 U/min) angeschlossen. Dasselbe Verfahren wird mit dem zweiten Teil des Emulgators, den restlichen Bestandteilen der Formulierung und Wasser durchgeführt.
