PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anesthetic mask suitable for applying a GL method.SOLUTION: The mask 1 is made of transparent thermoplastic resin and includes as a whole an outer shape extending from a mouth to a nasal bone and covering them. A mask peripheral edge has a base part 11 disposed in contact with a face along the recesses and projections of the face. The mask protrudes from below the periphery of the mouth, and has a pressable hill top part 14 near a nose tip. When a lower jaw is lifted by hooking a middle finger F3 around the center of the lower jaw, the lower part of a hand is located on the flat portion of the hill top part 14. The entire mask is pressable. A peripheral protruding part 15 extending to the hill top part 14 is flexible enough for other fingers to grip the mask. A connection pipe for supply of gas to the mask and exhaust of gas from the mask is formed adjacent to a top part so as to extend obliquely rearward. Since a connection pipe 7 for supply/exhaust of gas is not located on the hill top part 14, the hill top part can be pressed with the lower part of the hand while the middle finger is hooked around the lower jaw, and the mask can be gripped with other fingers. Thus, an airway can be secured with one hand, and the mask can be brought into airtight contact with the face without leaving any gap between them.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】GL法を採用するに適する麻酔用マスクを提供する。【解決手段】全体としてマスク1の外形が口部から鼻骨部に至ってこれを覆う透明な熱可塑性樹脂からなる形状であって、マスク周縁部には顔面の凹凸面に対して追従した状態で顔面と当接するベース部11を有し、マスクは口部周囲の下から隆起し、鼻先近傍に押圧可能な丘頂部14を有し、中指F3を下あごの中央に掛けて下あごのリフトを行う時丘頂部14の平坦部に掌の下部が位置し、マスク全体を押圧可能であるとともに、丘頂部14に至る周囲隆起部15は他の指でグリップできる可堯性を有し、マスクへの給排気用接続管は頂部に隣接して斜め後方に延びて形成され、丘頂部14に吸排気のための接続管7がないので、中指で下あごを引っ掛けて掌下部で丘頂部を押圧し、他の指でグリップでき、片手で気道確保とマスクの顔面への隙間のない気密的当接を可能とする。【選択図】図1
