PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector capable of reliably protecting an operator with a simple detection circuit by attaching a simple detector to a protector of spectacle type or goggle type which is free from wearing discomfort and has preferable operability.SOLUTION: A spectacle or goggle type protector for a laser beam operator has a front and a pair of temples which support transparent bodies instead of the conventional spectacles or goggle type protector for a laser beam operator worn on person's head, and is provided with a protector main body which is designed such that end surfaces formed on right and left sides of the front and an end surface formed on one end of the pair of temples can be respectively separated/abutted onto each other in accordance with fluctuation around a fluctuation shaft, and an end surface formed on one end of the pair of temples, an energizing member which energizes the protector main body so as to get to a separation attitude from an abutting attitude, a detector capable of detecting whether a posture of the protector main body is the abutting attitude or not and a communication circuit which outputs a signal corresponding to whether the attitude is the abutting attitude or not in accordance with an actuation of the detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 着用違和感がなく、作業性の良いめがね型またはゴーグル型の保護具に簡易な検知器を取付け、簡易な検知回路で確実に作業員を保護できる保護具を提供しようとする。【解決手段】 従来の人の頭にかけるレーザ光線作業者用めがね又はゴーグル型保護具に変わって、透明体を支持するフロントと一対のテンプルとを有し、該揺動軸の回りの揺動に伴って該フロントの左右に形成された端面と一対の該テンプルの一端に形成された端面とが各々に離間/当接できる様になった保護具本体と、当接姿勢から離間姿勢になる様に前記保護具本体を付勢する付勢部材と、前記保護具本体の姿勢が前記当接姿勢か否かを検知できる検知器と、前記検知器の作用に従って前記当接姿勢か否かに対応する信号を出力する通信回路と、を備えるものとした。【選択図】 図1
