PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide instruments for fixation of at least two vertebras, by a bone fixation implant of a vertebral arch pedicle screw (2) type and a connective element, through a posterior approach or a posterolateral approach.SOLUTION: The device (1) includes at least one bone fixation element (2) which has a disposable fitting tube fitted beforehand and is so designed as to be fixed to the vertebra, and a pasteurized hermetically-sealed package. Moreover, this invention relates to a kit of instruments for inserting or removing a spinal implant.
