PURPOSE: A real flower protecting tube manufacturing method is provided to protect various cut flowers from thick and strong stemmed flowers to thin and weak stemmed flowers.CONSTITUTION: The tubular member(13) has larger inner diameter than the cut flower stem(11). A porosity buffer member(12) is adhered to a part of the cut flower stem. The porosity buffer member is inserted into the inside of a side on a tubular member and is attached to the cut flower stem. The porosity buffer member is at least one material selected from of a fiber bunch, a porosity fiber shaped sheet, a porosity fibrous band, a porous film, and a porosity band. The porosity buffer member adheres to the cut flower stem as the cutting region of the cut flower stem is being hinged. The porosity buffer member adheres to the cut flower stem after absorbing a culture medium or a mixture of water and a porosity water adsorbent. An exterior decoration member(14) is formed with a groove to insert the tubular member.
